Meredith Bell

She has coordinated the wildly popular Sandfly Circus program since 2014. She wrote and directed two major Sandfly productions, including the highly acclaimed historically based work, Chinatown Big Top and has directed numerous other smaller performances for the program. Since 2017, she has produced numerous major productions for Theatre Kimberley, which include circus shows including Come Fly With Us (directed by Anni Davey) and Silly Plonkers & the Dentist Factory (directed by Jamie Bretman and Rowan Thomas of Dummies Corp); the multi-partner giant puppetry production, The Shorebird Quest (2019 & 2023); and two major productions in the Worn Art Revamped platform: X-Girl Red and the Tragic Pearl and Te Kore - A World Beyond.

Meredith currently sits on the Youth Circus Arts Network (YCAN).

She served on Theatre Kimberley’s Board for six years, in the role of Secretary 2012-2016.
