It's all go! If you've read our Members & Subscribers letter or seen our social media lately, you'll know that we're making up for lost time with an action packed second half of 2020. It's been a big challenge to get over the hurdles that COVID has sent our way, so we're really pleased to sink our teeth into these exciting projects!
This Friday and Saturday, the new Town Beach precinct will be hopping when more than 70 local Sandfly performers thrill audiences with our first large outdoor show ever! All are welcome, it's a free event.
Soon after, we'll finish up Term 3 with our friends at Sacred Heart School in Beagle Bay for a circus & dance focused Dragonfly Outreach Project.
In the mean time, there's still time to submit your wearable art entry for our 2020 Worn Art Revamped - 'Te Kore, A World Beyond.' Entries close September 7 - entry forms and category lists are available on Theatre Kimberley Facebook and from the Broome Public Library. Have an idea, but want to chat it through? Visit Lesley at the library or send us a line at the office!
Worn Art will hit the stage November 6 & 7, and we're so excited about all the amazing community groups that will help make this show amazing. Keep following us on Facebook to find out more, and be in touch to be involved in ways other than wearable art making.
